Times News NetworkKanpur: Rishabh Nishad won first classical chess championship concludedhere at Govind Nagar on Sunday. He collected highest 4.5 points from fiverounds and emerged as champion. Vikas Nishad and Shrestha Yadav both earned 4 points each but Vikas got second place and Shreshtha stood at third position.Surendra Kumar Mishra was adjudged as senior most player of the event andhe got a trophy and a cash prize of Rs 1000. Bhakti Tekwani was adjudged asbest women player.
