Honda has discontinued the SP 125 Anniversary Edition in India; it was launched celebrating Honda’s 25 years in India. The anniversary edition came with two colour options: Pearl Siren Blue and Mat Steel Black Metallic. Out of the two colours, it is the prior one which stood out the most since it got bronze-coloured alloys, which added a premium touch.

The Honda SP 125 is powered by a 123.94 cc air-cooled engine paired with a 5-speed gearbox, making 10.87PS and 10.9Nm. It features a TFT display with bluetooth connectivity and a starter motor generator whichHonda claims will increase fuel efficiency. To further add convenience, it also has a a 15W USB-C port to charge your phone on the go.

All said and done, it is not the first time Honda has launched a special edition two-wheeler. We have seen the same story happening in scooters as well. But, we do hope Honda reintroduces the bronze-coloured alloys in some other paint scheme as they did enhance the appeal of the commuter.
