Hero XPulse 200 4V

The Hero Xpulse 200 4V is Hero‘s most capable, budget-friendly adventure bike, slotting below the more powerful Xpulse 210. It’s available in two variants: Standard, priced at Rs 1,44,727, and the more off-road-focused Pro, at Rs 1,56,711 (both prices ex-showroom Delhi). Across these variants, there are five colours.

Black Industrial Grey

Available only on the Standard variant, the Black Industrial Grey scheme is the most understated option in the lineup. It combines a dark black base with simple grey graphics. The darker tones should hide trail dust and minor scuffs better than other shades in the range. It works equally well in city traffic and on trails. All in all, it’s an honest, no-nonsense, and practical colour option for those who don’t like a loud shade.

Black Sports Red

The Black Sports Red colour is another option for the Standard variant. This scheme pairs a black base with aggressive red graphics on the fuel tank and side panels. Red on black is a classic motorsport combination. It gives the Xpulse a tinge of sportiness that the grey doesn’t.

If you’re a city rider who also does weekend trail runs and wants to stand out in both settings, this is the obvious pick among the Standard colours. I’d lean toward this one over the grey for anyone who doesn’t need the bike to disappear into traffic.

Techno Blue Met Black

Honestly, the Techno Blue Met Black is the Standard variant’s most underrated option. It features a deep metallic blue paired with black bodywork. It gives the right amount of pop without appearing overdone. It sits between the subtlety of the grey and the boldness of the red. A considered middle ground, if you may.

Met Nexus Blue White

The most visually distinctive colour among the Standard variant options is the Met Nexus Blue White. This two-tone combination pairs metallic blue bodywork with clean white panels, a classic rally-racing combination that nods directly to the Xpulse’s off-road credentials (without having to spend extra for the Pro variant). The Met Nexus Blue White is the strongest colour choice in the Standard lineup. It’s also the best-looking colour in our opinion.

Pearl Fadeless White

This colour is exclusive to the Pro variant. The Pearl Fadeless White finish features clean white bodywork with Hero MotoSports Team Rally-themed graphics — a direct reference to Hero’s Dakar Rally racing programme. Fun fact: Hero completed 10 eventful years in the world of rally racing!

The white rally livery mirrors Hero’s factory rally race bikes, and this is the only colour in the entire Xpulse 200 4V lineup that comes bundled with the full Pro hardware package that includes several mechanical upgrades. We’ve also broken down the differences between the standard and the Pro variant of the Xpulse 200 4V.
