The moment has led people online to call it wholesome (Image: X/@gharkekalesh)
A bike rider in Patna, Bihar, was enjoying a nighttime ride when he was suddenly stopped by a few policemen. If you think it was because of some traffic rules he did not follow, or that the police wanted to check his driving license, then you are absolutely wrong. They made him stop for an unexpected reason.
In a clip posted on X, the rider was seen driving through an almost empty road with a tiny puppy tucked safely inside his jacket. Both were enjoying the bike ride through the city when a few policemen signalled him to stop. For a moment, he may have expected a routine traffic check, perhaps for a license or a possible violation.
But the reason was far more adorable. The officers had spotted the little puppy peeking out from inside the rider’s jacket. Instead of questioning him, one of the policemen gently petted the puppy, who initially seemed scared of being touched. But later, he patted its head and asked the puppy if it was doing okay. “Thik hai, acche se ho na (All good, are you doing okay)?” asked the police officer.
Others were seen smiling at the rider and his puppy while it was being petted. Once they were done, he drove off with the little puppy still calmly sitting inside the jacket.
“The Goodest Little Co-Rider”
The wholesome interaction was captured on the camera mounted on the man’s bike and shared online, where it quickly caught the attention of users, with users calling the moment wholesome.

A different person commented, “The goodest little co-rider turned a routine stop into a wholesome moment.”
