Chandigarh: A 55-year-old security guard was found dead under mysterious circumstances inside a locked nightclub in Industrial Area Phase-I on Saturday morning.The deceased, Radheysham, was a native of Uttar Pradesh who resided in Daria village, Chandigarh.The incident came to light when the morning shift guard arrived and found the nightclub gate locked from the inside. After receiving no response, the guard used his own key to open the door and discovered Radheysham lying unconscious face down on the ground.The guard immediately raised an alarm and notified his seniors, who then alerted the police.A police team rushed him to the GMCH-32, where doctors declared him dead. While preliminary findings suspect a natural death caused by cardiac arrest, officials stated the exact cause will only be confirmed through an autopsy.The police have initiated inquest proceedings into the matter.
