Kagiso Rabada won his second Purple Cap award after topping the wicket-taking charts in IPL 2026 with 29 wickets at an average of 21.58 and economy rate of 9.68.
Rabada finished one wicket ahead of Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who took 28 wickets at 17.89 and an economy of 7.95.
This is Rabada’s second Purple Cap, making him the fourth bowler to win multiple Purple Caps after Dwayne Bravo, Harshal Patel, and Bhuvneshwar.
