‘HR Registration Hai Bhai’: Tourists Take Off Shirts, Dance Half-Naked On Car In Kasol | Video
A viral video from Kasol has ignited a fierce debate online after a group of tourists were allegedly seen removing their clothes and dancing on top of a vehicle in the middle of the scenic hill destination.
The clip, which has been widely shared across social media platforms, prompted strong reactions from viewers who questioned whether such behaviour was appropriate in a family-friendly tourist destination. Sharing the video, one user wrote, “Kya fantasy hai ye kapde khol ke gaadi par ghoomne ki, wo bhi pahadon mein? Ek baar ke liye beach area mein bhi samajh aa jaye, but mountains?
Look at the other tourists around, local women are moving nearby too. What kind of shamelessness is this? This behaviour is nowhere to be defended. A few such people end up tarnishing the image of an entire state.”
As the video gained traction, the comments section quickly filled with criticism, with many users expressing concerns about public conduct and tourist behaviour.
One user commented, “What else you expect from people with HR registration. Literally imagine educated people have to see and experience this everyday in the roads of HR.”
Another person suggested that weak enforcement encourages such actions, writing, “They know indian system is f**ked up. Nothing gonna happen to them just 2500 rs fine.”

Several users focused on the vehicle’s registration plate. “Once the HR is visible on the car then what else you were expecting?” wrote one commenter, while another added, “HR hai bhai….they have monopoly on such conduct.”
Others criticised what they saw as attention-seeking behaviour. “Money and power can’t get you neurons..they are morons who found enough money to travel and to roam naked around. Cringe,” read one comment.
Another viral reaction simply said, “Just guessed without even seeing… HR 26 !!”
Beyond the jokes and criticism, some users raised concerns about how such incidents affect other visitors. One woman wrote, “I’m sure many people will agree with me, not saying it as a woman but a person with a family, I have a little fear for my family’s safety when I see such people.”
