Thoothukudi airport celebrated Yatri Suvidha Diwas on Monday, aimed at enhancing passenger experience and community engagement.
The celebration witnessed several activities, including blood donation camp by Tirunelveli Medical College , health check-up camp by Kauvery Hospital, Tirunelveli, airport awareness programme and guided airport visit and drawing competition for school students from The Vikasa School, Millerpuram.
It also included career guidance sessions on the opportunities in the aviation sector by V.O.C. College, Thoothukudi, tree plantation drive for passengers and cultural performance by children.
During the celebrations, women employees working in various fields at Thoothukudi airport and housekeeping personnel were felicitated with certificates of appreciation.
