The Isle of Man TT is one of the iconic circuits in the world. It is set up on actual public roads, covering an unforgiving 60.72 km, that too at an elevation, with hundreds of turns. The iconic circuit in an island near UK has for a long time been considered a benchmark for motorcycle performance and endurance, and the the ultimate test of riders’ skill and bravery. Bengaluru based EV manufacturer, Ultraviolette, brought five F77s to this challenge of completing the circuit.

The bikes were ridden by James Hillier, a former Isle of Man TT winner, alongside Ranvijay Singha, a motorcycle enthusiast and actor, and Abhishek Vasudev, a multiple national champion. With the run successfully completed, Ultraviolette has now become the first Indian manufacturer to finish the Isle of Man TT course.

The feat was achieved on June 6, 2026, and was recognised by the Asian Book of Records and the Indian Book of Records on June 8, 2026. Ultraviolette demonstrated the endurance of its motorcycle by riding through the challenging circuit which features 219 turns, over 260 corners, and elevation changes of more than 1,300 feet above sea level.

Ultraviolette, though an Indian brand, has been pretty ambitious about making a mark in the international market. It entered the UK back in November 2025, and now with grabbing the spotlight at Isle Of Man TT, the brand should gain a lot more traction, which should in turn result in better sales. Afterall, their electric bikes are aspirational as they offer good performance, look absolutely gorgeous, loaded with features, while at the same time commanding a competitive price.
