Charkhi Dadri: Police on Tuesday apprehended another accused in connection with the Aug 6 firing at a SUV outside a police station in Charkhi Dadri, taking the total arrests to seven.Shivkant of Datoli village in Charkhi Dadri district was caught near Balkara Mor on the Dadri–Mahendragarh road following a tip-off. An illegal country-made pistol and three live cartridges were recovered from his possession, leading to a separate case under Arms Act.Police said Shivkant’s arrest could provide crucial leads regarding the planning, execution and wider network behind the attack. A local court remanded him to three-day police custody.
