After months of leaks and rumors, Samsung has finally begun teasing its upcoming wide-screen foldable, widely expected to be called the Galaxy Z Fold8. The next-generation Galaxy Z foldables are rumored to be unveiled on July 22.
The company has shared six cryptic teasers across its social media channels, offering the first official hints at its rumored wide-screen foldable without explicitly revealing its name.

While the teasers don’t reveal the device itself, they repeatedly emphasize a wide form factor with visuals and messaging. Samsung also uses phrases such as “A New Shape” and “A Bold Stroke,” seemingly hinting at the rumored Galaxy Z Fold8’s redesigned, wider aspect ratio.
