Royal Enfield has opened registrations for the limited-edition Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts, with just 100 motorcycles being offered globally and only 25 allocated to India
Custom motorcycles making it to production are always welcome. This time, Royal Enfield has partnered with renowned Taiwanese custom motorcycle builder Rough Crafts to create a limited-run version of the Shotgun 650. Dubbed the Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts Edition, only 100 individually numbered motorcycles will be made for global markets, with India receiving just 25 units.
Inspired by the Caliber Royale custom motorcycle that debuted at EICMA 2025, the limited edition retains the Shotgun’s mechanical package but gets several cosmetic enhancements. Finished in a combination of Gloss Jet Black and Matt Stealth Black, it also features hand-finished gold detailing, a cast brass collaboration badge, gold fork tubes, contrast-cut alloy wheels and quilted leather seats. The individually numbered fuel tank further adds to its exclusivity.
Interestingly, buyers don’t just get the motorcycle. Royal Enfield is also including a limited-edition artwork featuring the Caliber Royale custom build. Designed and signed by Rough Crafts founder Winston Yeh, the artwork is individually numbered, making it a nice addition for collectors looking for something beyond the motorcycle itself.

The motorcycle is priced at Rs 5.75 lakh (ex-showroom) and won’t be available through the regular dealership route. Instead, interested customers will have to register through Royal Enfield’s Drop Zone on the RE App or the company’s official website. Registrations are open from July 15 to July 30, while the India-specific drop will take place on July 30 at 7 PM IST. Since only 25 motorcycles are earmarked for the country, expect them to be snapped up almost instantly.
Limited-edition motorcycles have become increasingly popular over the last few years, especially when they involve collaborations with well-known custom builders. It also gives enthusiasts a chance to own something that will be unique, something they will be proud of owning.
