MSEDCL to hold camps to resolve solar pump complaints of farmers

Nagpur: MSEDCL has announced a series of special grievance redressal camps across Nagpur district later this month. The camps, being organised on the directions of guardian minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule, will focus on resolving issues such as low water discharge, technical faults, storm-damaged solar panels and theft of solar pump equipment under ‘Magel Tyala Solar Krushi Pump’ scheme. Several farmers have reported technical difficulties, including low water discharge, equipment malfunction, damage to solar panels and theft of solar pump components. MSEDCL has decided to hold special Solar Complaint Redressal Camps at its sub-divisional offices on June 16, June 23 and June 30. The first phase of camps on June 16 will cover Bhiwapur, Kuhi, Ramtek, Khapa, Khaparkheda, Saoner and Jalalkheda sub-divisions. Camps in Umred, Kamptee, Kanhan, Mauda, Kalmeshwar, Mohpa and Kondhali will be organised on June 23, while Parseoni, Narkhed, Katol and Savargaon sub-divisions will host camps on June 30. Farmers can register complaints round-the-clock through MSEDCL’s toll-free helpline numbers 18002333435, 18002133435, 1912 and 19120.
