Medical cards given to teachers

Times News NetworkKanpur: 54 beneficiary teachers received chief minister’s teacher cashless treatment scheme cards at Kanpur university on Sunday. More than a thousand teachers in the district will benefit from thisscheme. Under the scheme, eligible teachers and their family members willreceive free, cashless medical treatment worth up to ₹5 lakh at empanelledprivate hospitals, whereas there will be no limit on the treatment cost atgovernment hospitals.Public representatives distributed cashless cards to teachers from PPNCollege, BND College, Kanpur Vidya Mandir, Juhari Devi, Brahmavart College,Harsahay College, and DAV Training College.
