Ahmedabad: NIFT Gandhinagar hosted the graduation project showcase for different disciplines on Monday. This year’s overarching theme is spirit of scent, aspiration, and transformative growth, said officials. Prof Sameer Sood, director of NIFT Gandhinagar, congratulated 259 graduating students and said that India’s textile industry is a cornerstone for Aatmanirbhar Bharat with farm to fibre to fashion to foreign. Students worked on socio-technical systems, education, craft, market research, product development, innovative textile, and production cycles.
