Prayagraj: A joint team of Kandhai police and special operations group of Pratapgarh on Thursday arrested a drug peddler with 38.42 grams of methamphetamine (highly addictive drug), police said.They said Junaid Ahmed of Poore Devyani was arrested near Saray Jamuari canal road when he was out to deliver the consignment.Police said as many as 17 criminal cases, including Arms Act, attempt to murder, Gangsters Act and NDPS Act, were pending against Ahmed.
