Prayagraj: A 20-year-old youth from Pratapgarh was arrested on Wednesday for posing with a country-made pistol on social media.According to information, Shivam alias Vikey of Taukalpur allegedly uploaded his photograph with a country made pistol on his social media account on May 25, which went viral.Taking note of the photograph, police registered an FIR under the Arms act and initiated efforts to arrest the boy.Acting on a specific tip-off, a team of Delhupur police traced the movement of Vickey near Tiwaripur turn when he was planning to flee from the town. The police team cordoned the area and arrested him along with the pistol.Police seized the country-made pistol of 0.315 bore and one live cartridge from the boy.
