Madurai Productivity Council (MPC), along with Aram Sei HR Solutions Private Limited, organised a workshop on “Decoding the Labour Codes 2026 – Understanding the Labour Codes: Implications, Duties & Compliance” here on Saturday.
The workshop, which witnessed the participation of HR professionals, industrialists, factory managers, compliance officers and business leaders from across Tamil Nadu, was aimed at strengthening their understanding of the New Labour Codes and their practical implications for organisations.
Chief guest of the event S.K. Senthilvelan, Inspector of Factories-cum-Dock Inspector, Government of Puducherry, who inaugurated the event spoke on the importance of learning the nuances and technicalities of the new Labour Laws which formed the basis of relationship between the workers and owners.
The technical session led by F. Israel Inbaraj, a renowned trainer in PoSH, Labour Laws, New Labour Codes, explained the key provisions of the four labour codes, statutory compliance requirements, employer responsibilities, recent legal developments and best practices for implementation.
V. Senthil Kumar, president, MADITSSIA, and M. Jegan Mohan, president, Madurai Productivity Council, were also present.
