T’puram: Traffic restrictions will be imposed on Ambalamukku–Paruthippara Road on Thursday in connection with Kerala Water Authority (KWA) leakage rectification works near Santhwana Hospital.The restrictions will be in force from 10am on Thursday to 1am on Friday. Vehicular traffic will not be permitted on either side of the road in front of the hospital during the work.Vehicles travelling from Ambalamukku towards Kuravankonam, Paruthippara, Muttada, Parambikkonam and Nalanchira have been advised to take the Kowdiar–Kuravankonam route.Similarly, vehicles travelling from Paruthippara, NCC Road, Muttada, Parambikkonam, Nalanchira and Kuravankonam towards Ambalamukku should take the Kuravankonam–Kowdiar–Ambalamukku route.The city police have urged public to cooperate with the traffic arrangements.
