Google unveiled the Fitbit Air in early May. It’s a screen-less fitness tracker, a form factor that’s all the rage these days, after having been popularized by Whoop. The Fitbit Air’s availability has been spotty even in markets where it is officially available, but there are also plenty of countries where it hasn’t even launched yet.

India is one of them. However, Google has now finally unveiled when the Fitbit Air will land in India: in October.

The screenshot you can see above is from the Indian launch of the Pixel 11 family, which is when the company decided to finally reveal the launch month for the fitness tracker in the country.

Pricing is still unknown, but there’s still plenty of time for leaks and rumors about that to surface. For reference, note that the Fitbit Air costs $99.99 in the US. You can use it as is, or pay for an optional Google Health Premium subscription too, which is $9.99 per month or $99 per year (and it’s included for Google AI Pro and AI Ultra customers).
