Varanasi: The Tzu Chi Mahayana Buddhist Practice Centre was formally inaugurated at the department of Pali and Buddhist Studies, Banaras Hindu University, on Friday.This is the first ever Buddhist Centre in India sponsored by any foreign Buddhist organisation.
