An employee at a Delhi-based telecom company confronted the HR over an alleged salary discrepancy. The video of their interaction has gone viral on social media, sparking debate about workplace transparency and employee rights.
The man worked at Nirvasa Telecom Pvt Ltd., located in Moti Nagar, for more than a month. He was promised a monthly salary of Rs 13,000. However, he claimed that only Rs 3,800 was credited to his bank account instead of the promised amount.
“Salary Meri Puri Kyun Nahi Aayi”
The clip of the incident showed a tense exchange between the employee and company staff as he repeatedly sought an explanation for the reduced payment. “Salary meri puri kyun nahi aayi (Why my entire salary was not credited)?” he asked them.
At first, he pointed the camera at the female HR of the company, who objected to being filmed. Then, he panned the camera towards a male employee, asking him about his salary. The man claimed that he had spoken to the HR, who told him, “Ab kuch nahi ho sakta (Nothing can be done now).”
After the female employee walked out of the room, a male employee began arguing with the man, telling him that he should have acted politely. He was seen defending the female HR by saying that she must have been irritated, which is why she had told him that. He even went on to say that salary-related matters are not solely handled by HR and that he should speak to a manager instead.
The man further alleged that he had been waiting since 1 PM to receive answers regarding his salary and repeatedly asked management officials to resolve his issue.
Internet Slams The Company For Deducting Salary
The video garnered significant traction online, prompting discussions on salary transparency and challenges faced by young employees when it comes to wages and employment terms.
“Bro really pulled the ‘she’s a girl, don’t record her’ card instead of asking why the man’s salary came up short. payroll issue? nah. gender shield activated. HR final boss glazing another HR employee like the missing salary was just a side quest,” said one user.

Someone else said,“Thousand of this type of lala company running in our country where they not paid salary on time and not paid properly. The government should take strict action against them so that they cannot harass any employee.”
A different person suggested, “Only goal if you are working in Lala company should be to leave that Lala company.”
