Prime minister Narendra Modi flags off India's first Hydrogen train
The service will run twice a day. The fare from Jind to Sonipat has been fixed at Rs 25.

JIND: Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off India’s first hydrogen-powered train from Jind railway station on Friday. The train will operate between Jind and Sonipat, covering a one-way distance of 89 kilometres.The service will run twice a day. The fare from Jind to Sonipat has been fixed at Rs 25. The train has a maximum speed of 75 kmph and can accommodate around 2,600 passengers.After flagging off the train, Prime Minister Modi left for the HUDA ground to address a public rally. During the event, he is also set to inaugurate and lay the foundation stones for several development projects across Haryana.
