Nagpur: Gittikhadan police team recovered a country-made pistol, and 2 live cartridges, from the residence of Abbas Khan in Dabha area during an investigation on Monday. Khan and his close aide were arrested last week. The subsequent search at his house led to the seizure of two pistols and 10 rounds of ammunition.Earlier, Khan’s close aide was caught by Gittikhadan police for carrying a crude firearm. Three firearms and cartridges have already been seized by cops from Khan’s house. Prompt action by the cops has prevented a probable gang war between Maratha gang and Abbas Khan gang. Khan is an accused in a double murder case. He was released on bail a couple of months back. TNN
