Belagavi: Dilip Appasaheb Biradar, 55, headmaster of Yaranal Govt Higher Primary School in Hukkeri taluk, died of heart attack on Sunday while participating in a swimming competition in Bengaluru. On Sunday, he took part in the swimming competition of the Govt Employees’ Sports Meet held at the Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru. He suffered a heart attack while swimming. He is survived by his father, wife, two sons and a daughter.
