The four days of Amazon Prime Day shopping ended this Friday – so, let’s look at what the prices are like now. We’ve picked out the Samsung Galaxy S26 flagships plus a couple of Galaxy mid-rangers as well as the non-folding phones of the Google Pixel 10 lineup.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra still starts at under $1,000. However, that buys you 256GB of storage. You can upgrade to 512GB, but this year this is a $200 upgrade. As usual, we’ll point you to our comparison articles against the Galaxy S25 Ultra and iPhone 17 Pro Max.

The Samsung Galaxy S26+ is $150 or so cheaper than the S26 Ultra – here’s the head to head article for a look at whether these savings are worth it. The Galaxy S25+ is discounted too – the Prime Day deal was actually pretty good, but now that it’s over, the 2025 model just isn’t competitive. A 256GB model is $800, so $15 more than the S26+.

There was an awkward situation with the Prime Day deals when the S26+ 512GB was cheaper than the vanilla S26 512GB. That’s no longer the case as you can see below.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE is usually the cheaper 6.7” option, but not so much now – if you’re looking at 256GB phones (and you should, 128GB storage is going to be a pain to use), then the difference between the S25 FE and S26+ is only $85 and it is well worth the upgrade. You get the faster Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset (vs. the two-year-old Exynos 2400) with 4 more gigs of RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy A57 is better positioned to be the cheaper 6.7” option, but Amazon has sold out of 256GB models.

The Google Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL are both $300 off. This puts the Pro XL at essentially the same price as the S26 Ultra – there is only $35 between them. Here is our detailed comparison of the two. However, in the 6.3” category with the Pixel 10 Pro and the Galaxy S26 the Samsung is a solid $115 cheaper than the Google phone.

The Google Pixel 10 is $135 cheaper than the Galaxy S26, but it’s more of a mid-ranger that competes with the Galaxy S25 FE since you lose a lot going from the Pixel 10 Pro to the Pixel 10.

The cheapest option is the Google Pixel 10a, which is going up against the Galaxy A57. The Pixel 10a was a minor upgrade over the 9a, though it does have better battery life and faster charging.
