Royal Enfield recently launched the Bullet 650 in India for a price of Rs 3,64,856. The Bullet, now in its biggest and baddest avatar, is also the motorcycle which has been in production for the longest. While the Bullet 650 shares most of the components with the Classic 650, it has a completely different vibe to it. Let’s take a deep dive with the help of images:
Looks
The bike carries a similar design to the smaller Bullet 350, which is quite neat, subtle and vintage. There are a few visual changes, like the taller handlebar, a squared-off rear fender, and a single-piece seat, that make it different from the Classic 650. While the overall design is not loud, it will surely grab a lot of attention.

Colour
The bike is available in two elegant colours: Cannon Black (which is iconic to Bullet) and the India-exclusive Battleship Blue. There’s no denying that it looks drop-dead gorgeous in the Black paint scheme. However, the new Battleship Blue does give the bike a royal touch. Engine And Performance
It shares the same 648cc parallel-twin engine as all the other Royal Enfield 650s. It makes 47PS and 52.3Nm and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox with an assist-and-slipper clutch. There’s a healthy spread of torque throughout the rev range, and the throttle response is smooth, giving a relaxing riding experience.

The Bullet 650 gets a simple yet useful set of features. It gets an analogue speedometer and an LCD inset, which shows all required information, along with a tripper navigation pod as standard. Underpinnings
The bike rides on a 19-inch front with a 100-section tyre and an 18-inch rear tyre with a 140-section. It gets a telescopic fork and twin shock absorbers with 120mm and 90mm of wheel travel, respectively. Seat height is quite accessible at 800mm, and the bike weighs a whopping 243kg kerb. Braking is handled by a 320mm disc at the front and a 300mm disc at the rear.
