Patna: The oath ceremony for seven newly appointed judges of Patna high court will be held on Monday (June 15) at 10am in the centenary hall of the court’s building. A notification to this effect was issued by the office of registrar general of Patna high court on Friday.Patna HC Chief Justice Meenakshi Madan Rai will administer the oath of office to the newly appointed judges. Out of the seven judges designate, Ranjan Kumar Jha, Kumar Manish and Raj Kumar will take oath as permanent judges. The remaining four designate judges—Rana Vikram Singh, Vikash Kumar, Girijish Kumar and Alok Kumar—will take oath as additional judges.The ceremony will be attended by the judges and advocates of Patna, Delhi, and other high courts of the country along with advocate general P K Shahi and additional solicitor general K N Singh.
