2026 Honda City Design Changes
On the exterior, the new Honda City facelift features a redesigned grille with blacked-out chrome and connected LED DRLs. The window line and door sills now receive a sporty blacked-out chrome treatment, while the front and rear bumpers get contrasting black trim. Moving towards sides, the new City appears largely similar to the pre-facelift model. However, the newly-designed blacked-out alloy wheels make it look slightly refreshing.

At the rear, the sedan sports slightly revised taillamps. No changes have been made to its dimensions. Similar to the pre-facelift, the updated model measures 4,583mm in length, 1,748mm in width and 1,489mm in height. It continues to ride on a 2,600mm long wheelbase and offers a ground clearance of 165mm.
2026 Honda City Features
Inside the cabin, the new City facelift features a larger touchscreen infotainment system with an improved UI (user interface). It also gets new cabin theme, upholstery and trims.
2026 Honda City Petrol & Hybrid Engines
Under the hood, the new Honda City facelift continues with the exiting 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol engine, producing power worth 121bhp and 145Nm of torque. Transmission choices also remain unchanged – i.e. a 6-speed manual and a CVT automatic. The sedan returns a claimed mileage of 18.4kmpl.
The new Honda City hybrid uses the same Atkinson Cycle 1.5L, four-cylinder petrol, paired to two electric motors. This powertrain comes mated to an eCVT gearbox, and delivers a claimed power of 126bhp and 253Nm of torque. The City e:HEV offers a claimed fuel efficiency of 26.5kmpl and a driving range of up to 1,000km.
