Dharmapuri: A woman and her younger brother were found murdered with their throats slit, at their house in Thagadur Nagar under E Jetti Alli Panchayat, on Thursday.The deceased have been identified as Nanjammal, 50, and Mathesh, 45, both from Thagadur village.
