Dibrugarh orders removal of stray cattle from markets & public spaces
Dibrugarh: The Dibrugarh Municipal Corporation has ordered cattle owners to remove their animals from markets and public roads immediately.The notice, issued on Friday by executive magistrate and DMC executive officer Navas Das, said cattle, particularly cows, were frequently found roaming in markets.
