New Citroen eC3X Prices Start at Rs 6.89 Lakh With BaaS – Details Explained

The new Citroen eC3X is now on sale in India at a starting price of Rs 6.89 lakh under the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model, with a battery subscription cost of Rs 2.26 per km. Without the BaaS scheme, the EV is priced from

 Rs 10.25 lakh (ex-showroom). Customers can purchase the vehicle through a dual-loan finance product which aims to reduce upfront battery cost that enables lower entry price, predictable ownership costs and enhanced peace of mind.

Bookings are open across the Citroën dealership network as well as through the official Citroën India website. The updated model receives subtle design changes, new features and tech along with enhanced safety.

Colour & Interior Theme Options

The MY2026 eC3X is available in six monotone colour options – Polar White, Cosmo Blue, Steel Grey, Garnet Red, Perla Nera Black and Deep Forest Green. Buyers can choose from three cabin theme options – Electric Blu IP Decore with dual-tone Lama leatherette with Electric Blu (Shine), dual-tone Lama leatherette with Electric Blu Highlights (Live-O) and Black fabric seats (Live).

Key Changes

Design highlights include LED projector headlamps with split LED DRLs, LED fog lamp assembly, contrast coloured skid plates and 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. Inside, the new Citroen eC3X offers a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, an updated 7-inch TFT instrument cluster, updated connected car tech, wireless mobile charger and six airbags. Optional features include a JBL audio system and a dual dashcam.

Battery & Ragne

The powertrain setup of the new Citroen eC3X remains unchanged. The EV continues to feature a 29.2kWh battery pack paired with a single electric motor, delivering a combined output of 56bhp and 143Nm. The EV offers a claimed range of 320km on a single charge. It supports DC fast charging, allowing the battery to charge from 10 to 80 percent in just 57 minutes.
